Prepared Meal Services

Chef Butterfield's prepared meal services are so affordable, you may never have to think about cooking or eating out again! Save time while eating healthy, freshly prepared restaurant quality meals at home.

All menus are customized to your taste, dietary and lifestyle needs with an emphasis on freshly grown local produce, as well as organic, sustainably farmed and/or natural products whenever possible.

Persons with food allergies, special dietary needs and short-term or occasional services are encouraged to contact Chef Butterfield to schedule a personal consultation.
Pricing

Chef Butterfield charges on a per visit basis. A per visit charge for prepared meals service starts at $250 for that working day's worth of meal preparations plus the cost of groceries, and generally includes one salad with homemade vinaigrette and three freshly prepared entrees with seasonal vegetable sides. While this service is the preferred service for busy families looking for regular service, other families may use the service to stock the freezer to help with last minute dinners. All services are customized to fit your needs.

Monday Night
Pecan Crusted Catfish
A treat for kids big and small,
served with oven roasted sweet potato "fries,"
garlic broccoli and homemade tartar sauce

Tuesday Night
Classic Roast Chicken
Whole chicken goes through a two day curing process that
produces the most delicious roast chicken you've ever had,
served with healthy olive oil enriched Yukon gold mashed potatoes and
sauteed green beans with caramelized onions, lemon and herbs

Wednesday Night
Mexican Spiced Pulled Pork Tacos
Served with homemade guacamole and salsa,
a blend of cheeses with whole wheat tortillas,
fiesta rice with black beans, corn and red bell peppers

Thursday Night
Greek Kabobs
Your choice of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish or veggies,
kabobs are marinated in a Mediterranean spice blend,
lemon herb vegetables with potato, spinach, olives, tomato and feta

Friday Night
Moroccan Beef Tagine
Beef tenderloin tips are simmered with paprika, cumin,
cinnamon, garlic, carrots, onion, raisins and garbanzo beans,
exotic, yet familiar and oh so delicious, served with hebed couscous
